Read about this in the Latest NSRCA mag. Use your computer,a digital camera, and a photo suite program to allign your horizontal surfaces.
1) Set up your camera and laptop - take a pic.
2) use the photo program with a grid superimposed on the photo to check the alignment. The grid can be rotated to place it even with either the vertical or horizontal stab and the wing.
